News for 2006 @ Arnaby Farm...

Fall 2006

What a season, BO is wowing the judges on the Sport pony Circuit with feedback such as "quality breeding colt", "in a league of his own". "Stunning colt"  "Impressive Quality Colt" He will be at the Royal Winter Fair on November 12th for the Championship of the Sport Pony Star Search.

Sing-a-Song has yet again done Arnaby Farm proud, she continued to have a awesome summer with Rachel Cullen and collected more Champion Short Stirrup titles and was overall Reserve Short Stirrup Champion in the SW Trillium Circuit Year end....Congratulations Rachel. Good Luck to Rachel whom now moves onto a medium pony and Singy now moves to Mackenzie Vaderwyst for next season's short stirrups...Good Luck Singy and Mack for 2007

Kariadd had a great season on the short stirrup circuit and has now moved to Jamie Francis to compete on the "A" circuit small pony. Good luck to Kariadd and Jamie.

For on the Floor (aka Jack) is doing really well and hit the fall Fair Circuit in fine style. He is gearing up for a busy winter schooling show series and then will be off onto the Trillium small pony circuit.

Kit Kat, Savanna and Penny are busy making their nests for the babies to arrive. KitKat is due to foal mid February with a Bo Jangle foal. Savanna will follow shortly after in March with another BO baby. Penny will be due at the end of May with a Rotherwood Peter Pan baby.

We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of THREE ponies from England:

Kiltinane Fiona (pictured below) is a 8yr old broodmare in foal to the prolific Lemonshill Top Note. Fiona is due at the end of May. She successful was show on the line and under saddle in England until being retired to motherhood. We plan to breed her to BO in the future but she will be available for lease at the end of 2007 after having 3 foals in the past 3yrs we feel she may like the change of pace.

Arnaby's Cloud Nine (pictured below) is Fiona's foal by the incredible Skellorn Choir Boy, whom unfortunately passed away this fall at a very young age. Cloud Nine is a beautiful light buckskin filly foal whom will enjoy a few years of playing and growing up.

Mynach Jolly Roger (pictured below)  is a stunning 3yr Buckskin Glelding by Eayrth Beau Geste out of a Strinesdale Matador Mare. His sire and Grandsire need no introduction and his breeding speaks for itself. He will be backed this winter and will be out on the schooling show circuit in the summer.

Summer 2006

In the news another Champion short stirrups for Sing-a-Song and Rachel.  Kariadd and Mack again made it one two for Arnaby Farm in the flat class.

Jiminey Cricket and Jamie also had a fantastic show.

Once again Rachel and Sing-a-Song and Mackenzie and Kariadd placed 1st and 2nd in the Short Stirrups hack class at Sunset Equestrian Trillium show.  At HSE Trillium show it was Rachel and Sing-a-Song that took the Hack class and did great over fences.

Jiminey Cricket has come back out on form with the very talented Jamie Francis in the saddle, Jiminey was Reserve Grand Champion Pony at HSE trillium show, not bad going as Jamie has only ridden him 6 times.

What a great start to the 2006 season....

CONGRATULATIONS to BO who will be expecting two babies next year, Northwind Kit Kat a beautiful medium mare on loan from Northwind is due mid February 2007. Arnaby's own Savanna is due in mid March 2007.

Congratulations to Rachel and Sing-a-Song (pictured below) whom were Short Stirrup Champions at the first trillium show on 30th April. Rachel won a beautiful cooler donated by BiJou Pony Wear in England.

Congratulations to Mack and Kariadd whom stole the show, Kariadd trucked around the Short Stirrup course exactly where Mack directed her to go.  But they saved the best to last by winning the hunter under saddle class! {Kariadd Gallery}

It was a very proud moment for Arnaby Farm to watch Kariadd and Sing-a-Song stand first and second in the under saddle class...way to go girls, you made me proud.

Ginger and Rachel (different Rachel) will be making a debut at the London Horsemanship Schooling show on the long weekend in May... As will Stephanie and Coco, Jamie and Savanna, Olivia and Coco.  Good Luck to you all.

Jessica and Danny are working hard and planning on attending some OHTA events and doing the Jumper classes at Woodacres.

Jack and Penny are progressing really well and will be out to see the sights and sounds at the schooling shows starting May 7th at HSE.

Finally, BO will be off onto the Sport Pony Circuit in the line classes to try and show everybody how gorgeous he really is.

It is going to be a very busy summer for all at Arnaby....SEE YOU at the Shows.
