Arnaby Farm is very proud to introduce 'Rotherwood Bo Jangle' to the pony hunter breeding world in North America.

After a long and exhaustive search we decided to import our own foundation stallion and were privileged to be allowed to export 'Bo" from the famous Rotherwood Stud in England. Take a few minutes and check out the Rotherwood Stud website. Mrs. Elizabeth Mansfield has spent her entire lifetime breeding top class riding ponies and has many prestigious wins and ponies to her credit. 

'Bo' himself comes from one of the top British Riding Pony families in the world. His parents, grandparents and siblings have all been champions of the show ring in England. "Bo" is a beautiful rich bay with 4 white socks and a little white wisp on hair on his forehead. He has the famous daisy cutter floating movement of the British Riding Pony.

Arnaby Farm is proud to be the North American agent for Liz Mansfield's fabulous stallion Strinesdale Matador.

Matador topped the 2007 National Pony Society stallion ratings with the success of his offspring. Matador himself had a very successful showing career and has passed this on to his progeny. A daughter of Matador and maternal sister to Rotherwood Bo Jangle was Pony of the Year at the prestigious HORSE OF THE YEAR show in 2003 and came back to win the CUDDY SUPREME IN HAND in 2005 at HORSE OF THE YEAR SHOW.

Matador is fast becoming a living legend, as one of the most prolific stock getters in the world today. Foaled in 1990 Matador was purchased as a foal by Liz Mansfield of the Rotherwood Stud (who still owns him). A son of her own stallion "Troubadour" Liz was impressed by his presence and authority when just a foal. As a yearling he qualified for the In-Hand Final at Wembley, winning the pony section. He was Ponies UK Champion at three years old by which time he had commenced his illustrious stud career.

The list of Matadors successful progeny is endless, time and time again he has Champions at National and county level in Riding Pony, Hunter Pony, Show Hack and Intermediate classes and he now has several competition ponies particularly in Dressage. At the 2005 HOYS Matador had 15 individual entries in 18 classes and these included the Cuddy In-Hand Champion: Rotherwood Take A Peep (previously Ridden Pony Champion in 2003) and the Show Hunter Pony Champion Crafton Waltz of the Toreadors.

His frozen semen (collected and frozen annually at West Kington Stud) has been exported to Australia, New Zealand and South Africa and he has had a Pony of the Year in Australia.
